Financial Sector Experience
A graduate with at least two years of consulting experience in operational, organisational and strategic issues within the financial sector.
Analytical & Entrepreneurial Mindset
Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the big picture, an open and proactive approach, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a genuine team player attitude.
Bilingual Communication Skills
Fluent in both French and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across diverse client environments and international teams.
Consultants are involved in projects of various sizes, and work with managers to deliver the results expected by the client.
Senior Consultants have the necessary experience to work on complex projects more independently.
Managers are responsible for successfully leading projects for clients. They have several years of experience and a network that enables them to identify suitable approaches and carry out business procedures.
Senior Managers are responsible for a large number of projects on behalf of the firm. They have the necessary experience and network to develop relationships with new clients.
